Luci Ferr - Character OC request

This is a request I had, I never had a request from somebody in the internet, so, I chose to make it for him. The request was to make a heroin, that looked like Natalie La Rose, has a suit for a custom, with a red tie, her weapon being a tattoo drill, (I played with this a little, and I decided to make the tattoo glow every time she uses her devil power, which by the way she has). Also requested was to add horns and a tail. So this is my rendition on what I imagined as I read the request.
